Want to have the gym to yourself for a party or event and have a private lesson too? This form will get the ball rolling!
We can accommodate birthdays, graduations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, youth groups, team building, work parties, etc.
Time:
Session are for 60 to 90 minutes. See below for clarification.
Availability:
SATURDAYS at 10:00 am and SUNDAYS at 12:00pm are 60 minute sessions. Climbers can stay when the gym opens to the public.
SATURDAYS at 7:00 pm sessions are for 90 minutes.
(reach out if the party/event is needed during another time. Please note we cannot guarantee availability)
Guests can arrive up to 15 minutes before the party to check-in.
Prices:
For groups of 10
$220 - Youth Party: 6 -11 years old (additional $10 per child)
$250 - Student Party: 12 - 17 years old (additional $13 per child)
$300 - Adult Party: 18 and up (additional $15 per adult)
Mixed age packages can also be made with the “additional per guest” price.
After form submission, an invoice will be emailed and a $100 non-refundable deposit will need to be paid within 1 week of the invoice date. If the deposit is not paid, the date may be given away.
